Changed your mind? Orders placed on netwattle.com can be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is new, unused and in its original packaging. A 15% restocking fee applies and return postage is paid by you. Software, licences, warranty extensions, opened consumables and opened audio products can't be returned for change of mind.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect? You're covered under the Australian Consumer Law, with no restocking fee, and many products also carry a manufacturer's warranty.
